Join us for Trades Trailblazers: Women in Trades Career Forum, an inspiring and interactive session featuring women currently working in high‑demand trades, including women who transitioned from corporate careers into the trades.
Hear their real stories—how they got started, what training was like, what day‑to‑day work feels like, and how they overcame challenges—and learn how you can begin your own pathway.
The forum includes a SkilledTradesBC information session, along with introduction from Ironworkers Local 97, followed by a dynamic panel discussion moderated by Samantha, Apprenticeship Advisor at SkilledTradesBC.
You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions during a live Q&A and connect with Women in the trades and those with expertise in hiring within the Trades, and peers.
